Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in the Order to Cash transformation practice to optimize client revenue cycles. You will lead workstreams from current-state assessments to deployment, aligning business goals with technology, data, and organizational change.

You will travel up to 60% and collaborate with finance, sales, and IT teams, shaping future-state operating models and delivering measurable cash-flow improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Accounting/Finance/Business/IS/SC).
• 5–8 years of Experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Operations, or Consulting.
• Experience leading or supporting O2C transformation initiatives across invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, deductions, and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and revenue management platforms such as SAP, HighRadius, Zuora, or similar.
• Understanding of leading AI platforms and models for process improvement in O2C.
• Strong end-to-end revenue cycle knowledge and related controls.
• Experience producing process maps, business requirements, functional specs, test plans, and implementation docs.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing O2C transformation engagements with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Assess current-state O2C processes and design future-state operating models.
• Identify opportunities using automation, orchestration, and AI.
• Drive transformations across billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, and revenue accounting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops with finance, AR, customer service, and shared services.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, flows, and test plans.
• Support system implementation and deployment across O2C platforms.
• Improve working capital and cash collection performance.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution; report to leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative delivery culture.
• Assist with proposals, demos, estimates, and client presentations.
