Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Order to Cash (O2C) practice to optimize and transform revenue cycle operations. You will work with client stakeholders across finance, sales, customer service, and IT to improve cash flow, reduce revenue leakage, and enhance customer experience.

Travel up to 60% may be required as you lead end-to-end engagements across multiple sites. You will design future-state operating models, leverage automation and AI, and mentor junior team members while supporting business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business, IS, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Transformation experience.
• Experience leading or supporting O2C transformation initiatives across invoicing, billing, collections, and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and revenue management platforms such as SAP, HighRadius, Zuora, or similar.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing O2C transformation engagements with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Assess current-state O2C processes and design future-state operating models.
• Identify opportunities using automation, AI, and orchestration to improve cash flow.
• Drive transformation across billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, deductions, and revenue accounting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops with finance, AR, customer service, and shared services.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, test plans, and deployment plans.
• Support system implementation, configuration, testing, and adoption across O2C platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve working capital and cash collection.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and provide updates to leadership.
• Lead and mentor junior team members and support business development.
