Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Order to Cash practice to optimize revenue cycle operations and lead cross-functional delivery across finance, sales operations, and IT. You will drive process design, automation, and data-driven improvements, with travel up to 60% to client sites.

You will guide workshops, translate requirements into functional designs, and support deployment across O2C platforms while mentoring teammates and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–8 years in O2C or finance transformation.
• Experience leading or supporting O2C transformation initiatives across invoicing and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on ERP and revenue management platform experience (SAP, HighRadius, Zuora or similar).
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing O2C transformation engagements with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Assess current state processes, identify improvements, and design future-state models.
• Drive automation, AI-enabled processes, and value realization across the cash cycle.
• Develop implementation roadmaps and manage risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations to gather requirements and define roadmaps.
• Mentor junior team members and support business development activities.
