Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an Order to Cash (O2C) Lead to own and modernize the O2C technology landscape across Finance systems. You will drive enterprise capabilities, integrate CPQ with NetSuite, and partner with Internal Audit to strengthen ITGCs and controls in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will lead AI-enabled finance transformations, collaborate with AI/data platform teams, and ensure end-to-end O2C workflows are configured for accurate revenue and close.

Responsibilities

• Own the O2C track: Execute on the roadmap for Klaviyo’s O2C stack aligned to the company priorities by translating business requirements into functional and technical design.
• Integrate CPQ to NetSuite and ensure that all Enterprise capabilities are delivered with scale.
• Own the design, implementation, and operation of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and other key controls across O2C applications, in partnership with Internal Audit, Security, and external auditors.
• Drive AI-native transformation across Finance: lead AI use cases across the O2C workflow with partners in AI and data platforms.
• Design and optimize core Finance processes and systems in collaboration with Controllership, Tax, and Treasury.
• Act as a strategic partner to Finance leadership on systems, data, and process topics; represent Finance Tech in cross-functional initiatives.
