Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an Order to Cash Tech Lead to own the O2C application landscape and drive automation across a growing SaaS finance stack. You will partner with Finance, Audit, and Engineering to deliver scalable, auditable, and AI-enabled processes that support a public company environment.

You will own ERP integrations, control design, and the roadmap for the O2C domain, ensuring data quality and governance across NetSuite/Oracle, CPQ, and related systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise or business systems with finance-tech ownership.
• 4+ years in O2C with revenue and billing focus.
• Strong SOX ITGC and audit collaboration with internal/external teams.
• Experience with ERP/Finance architectures (NetSuite/Oracle, Avalara, Zuora).

Responsibilities

• Lead the O2C tech stack roadmap and translate business needs into design.
• Integrate CPQ with NetSuite and scale enterprise capabilities.
• Own ITGCs, controls, and audit readiness for finance systems.
• Drive AI-native automation across finance processes with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Controllership, Tax, Treasury to optimize end-to-end O2C workflows.
