Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in the Order to Cash (O2C) practice to help clients optimize revenue cycle operations using process expertise and technology-enabled transformation.

You will lead cross-functional delivery across finance, sales, customer service, and IT, travel up to 60%, and mentor junior team members while shaping scalable solutions for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Operations, Finance Transformation, Shared Services, or Consulting.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP and revenue management platforms such as SAP, HighRadius, Zuora, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of leading AI platforms and models, including prompting related to process improvement and order to cash insights
• Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle processes and related controls.
• Experience producing process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, training materials, and implementation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing O2C transformation engagements and define clear objectives, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Assess current-state O2C processes, identify opportunities, and develop future-state operating models.
• Drive transformation initiatives across billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, deductions, dispute management, and revenue accounting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define improvements, and develop roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops with finance, A/R, customer service, sales operations, and shared services.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, process flows, user stories, and deployment plans.
• Support system implementation, configuration, testing, and adoption activities across O2C platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve working capital and accelerate cash collection.
