Job summary

Klaviyo seeks an Order to Cash Lead, Finance Systems, to own the O2C landscape and drive enterprise expansion. You will partner with Finance, IT and AI teams to deliver scalable, automated financial processes.

This role reports to the Director, G&A Systems, oversees ITGCs and controls, and shapes the roadmap for NetSuite/Oracle, Coupa, and related platforms, with a focus on accuracy, speed, and governance. Experience leading ERP transformations is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise or business systems with finance technology ownership
• SOX ITGC experience and audits
• ERP/Finance apps experience (NetSuite/Oracle, Avalara, Zuora)
• Deliver business outcomes by partnering with engineering and AI teams

Responsibilities

• Own the O2C track and design scalable enterprise capabilities.
• Integrate CPQ to NetSuite and ensure scalable Enterprise capabilities.
• Review O2C systems landscape and provide future-ready recommendations.
• Deliver high-quality code with thorough test planning and execution.
• Own IT General Controls (ITGCs) and audit readiness across O2C apps.
• Drive AI-native transformation across Finance and embed AI into core processes.
