Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in the Order to Cash practice to transform client revenue cycles by combining business process expertise with technology-enabled solutions. You will work with finance, sales, and IT stakeholders to improve cash flow and reduce revenue leakage, traveling up to 60% as needed.

You will lead workstreams across design, implementation, and value realization, mentoring junior staff and supporting business development while shaping scalable, AI-enabled O2C transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant O2C/Finance transformation experience.
• Experience leading or supporting O2C transformation initiatives across invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, deductions, and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and revenue management platforms such as SAP, HighRadius, Zuora, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of AI platforms and models related to process improvement in O2C.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Order to Cash transformation engagements with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Assess current-state O2C processes and design future-state operating models.
• Identify opportunities using automation, orchestration, and AI within O2C and finance.
• Drive transformation across billing, invoicing, cash applications, collections, and revenue accounting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops with finance, AR, customer service, sales, and shared services.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, process flows, and test plans.
• Support system implementation, configuration, testing, and adoption across O2C platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve working capital and cash collection.
