Job summary

EY seeks an O2C Transformation Manager to lead client engagements across invoicing, billing, collections, and revenue accounting. You will connect business goals with process improvements, technology solutions, data insights, and organizational change, coordinating with client teams and senior leadership.

You will guide workshops, develop future-state operating models, and ensure successful deployment of AI-enabled finance transformations while traveling up to 60% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Operations, Finance Transformation, Shared Services, or Consulting.
• Experience leading or supporting O2C transformation initiatives across invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, deductions, and revenue accounting.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP and revenue management platforms such as SAP, HighRadius, Zuora, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of AI platforms and models related to process improvement and O2C insights.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle processes and related controls.
• Experience producing process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, training materials, and implementation documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Order to Cash transformation engagements with clear objectives, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Assess current-state O2C processes and develop future-state operating models.
• Identify opportunities using automation, orchestration and AI to support continuous improvement for clients.
• Drive transformation across billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, deductions, dispute resolution, and revenue accounting.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops with finance, accounts receivable, customer service, and shared service teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, process flows, and testing scenarios.
• Support system implementation, configuration, testing, and adoption across O2C platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve working capital and cash collection.
