Job summary

Klaviyo Inc. is seeking an Order to Cash (O2C) Lead, Finance Systems to own the O2C application landscape and core financial workflows. You will lead Enterprise and International Expansion capabilities and partner with AI/data platform teams to embed AI into finance processes.

This role reports to the Director, G&A Systems and drives ITGC controls, automation, and end‑to‑end O2C optimization across our ERP and related platforms.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise or business systems with Finance technology ownership.
4+ years in O2C including end-to-end process understanding.
Experience with ERP/finance transformations and SOX ITGC controls.

Responsibilities

Lead the O2C technology landscape and core financial workflows.
Own ITGC design, controls, and audit readiness with Internal Audit and external auditors.
Drive AI-native transformation in Finance with cross‑functional partners.
Design and optimize end‑to‑end O2C processes and ERP integrations.
Partner with Finance leadership and Engineering to deliver measurable outcomes.
