Job summary

Klaviyo seeks an Audience- and results-driven O2C Lead, Finance Systems, to own the O2C landscape and drive scalable, AI-enabled financial processes. You will partner with Finance, Tax, and Internal Audit to ensure robust controls and data integrity across ERP and related systems.

You will lead initiatives to automate and optimize revenue and billing workflows, scale international expansion capabilities, and deliver high-quality insights through a modern tech stack.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise or business systems ownership, esp. in tech/SaaS companies.
• 4+ years in O2C, responsible for order-to-cash workflows.
• Strong understanding of SOX ITGC and audits.
• Hands-on ERP/Finance architecture across modern stacks (NetSuite/Oracle, Avalara, Zuora).
• Experience driving AI/automation in Finance workflows and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Own the O2C track and translate business requirements into scalable design.
• Integrate CPQ to NetSuite and ensure scalable enterprise capabilities.
• Lead ITGCs and controls with Internal Audit and Security.
• Drive AI-native transformation across Finance and embed AI with guardrails.
• Optimize end-to-end O2C workflows and ensure accurate data.”
• Represent Finance Technology Systems in planning cycles and cross-functional initiatives.
