EY is seeking a Manager with deep Order-to-Cash expertise to lead technology-enabled O2C transformations for Media & Entertainment clients across the Americas. You will own end-to-end processes, design future operating models, and drive measurable working capital improvements.

We value strong executive communication, workshop facilitation, and the ability to translate pain points into value cases. This role supports onshore/offshore delivery and a broad US footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design or revenue operations; consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash processes.
• Assess O2C organizations, processes, and enabling technologies; develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design and implement target operating models for O2C functions with governance and data requirements.
• Own business process design deliverables including KPIs and master/transaction data requirements.
• Facilitate design and solutioning workshops with GPOs and Technology stakeholders; drive decisions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID log, scope, quality and engagement economics.
• Translate O2C pain points into quantified value cases such as revenue leakage and DSO improvements.
• Coach and develop staff; contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
