Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager with deep Order-to-Cash (O2C) expertise to lead technology-enabled O2C transformations for the Media & Entertainment sector. You will design end-to-end processes and operating models, drive workshops, and deliver measurable working capital improvements across studios, networks, and streaming platforms.

This role requires strong communication skills, senior stakeholder engagement, and proven experience in finance transformation within high-volume revenue environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design or revenue operations; consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash.
• Assess O2C organizations and develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design target operating models for O2C functions with governance and KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops with GPOs, unit leads and technology stakeholders; drive decisions.
• Coach staff; contribute to proposals, Phase 0 assessments and sector thought leadership.
