Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager with deep Order-to-Cash expertise and Media & Entertainment sector fluency to lead technology-enabled O2C transformations across studios, networks, streamers, and related entities. This role covers end-to-end processes from sales planning to cash application and requires strong governance and data capabilities.

You will design operating models, drive workshops with GPOs, and manage delivery across onshore/offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design or revenue operations; consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash.
• Assess O2C organizations, processes, and enabling technologies; develop roadmaps and business cases for efficiency and improved working capital.
• Design and implement target operating models for O2C functions with governance and data requirements.
• Own business process design deliverables including KPIs and master data requirements.
• Facilitate design workshops with Global Process Owners and stakeholders; drive decisions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID log, scope and engagement economics.
• Translate O2C pain points into quantified value cases such as revenue leakage and DSO improvements.
• Coach and develop staff; contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
