Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead technology-enabled O2C transformations for the Media & Entertainment sector across the Americas. You will design end-to-end processes, assess organizations, and develop roadmaps and business cases to improve cash flow, governance, and customer experience.

The role requires deep O2C expertise, sector fluency, and strong leadership to coach staff and drive client workshops, with onshore/offshore delivery coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design or revenue operations; consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams from lead-to-quote to invoice-to-cash, including credit, data, billing, disputes, AR and cash application.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and business cases to improve efficiency, governance, customer experience, and working capital.
• Design target operating models for O2C with governance, data, and performance management capabilities.
