Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager with deep Order-to-Cash expertise and M&E sector fluency to lead technology-enabled O2C transformations for studios, networks, streamers and live venues. The role covers end-to-end processes from sales planning to cash application with global delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design or revenue operations; consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash processes.
• Assess O2C organizations, processes and technologies; develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design and implement target operating models for O2C functions, including governance and KPI frameworks.
• Own L3/L4 process flows, data requirements, KPIs and master data.
• Facilitate design and solutioning workshops with Global Process Owners and technology stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID log, scope and engagement economics.
• Quantify O2C pain points into value cases: revenue leakage, DSO, disputes and working capital release.
• Coach and develop staff; contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
