Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in Finance Consulting with deep Order-to-Cash expertise to lead the design and delivery of technology-enabled transformations for media and entertainment clients, from sales planning through cash application.

The role requires guiding end-to-end O2C workstreams, developing roadmaps and business cases, and building scalable operating models that improve working capital and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design or revenue operations; consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-cash and related processes.
• Assess O2C orgs, design transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design and implement target operating models for O2C functions.
• Own business process design deliverables: L3/L4 flows, KPIs and data requirements.
• Facilitate design workshops with GPOs and stakeholders; drive decisions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID, scope, and offshore/onshore mix.
• Translate O2C pain points into quantified value cases like DSO and revenue leakage.
• Coach and develop staff; contribute to proposals and Phase 0 assessments.
