Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Manager in Finance Consulting to lead Order-to-Cash transformations for the Media & Entertainment sector. You will guide end-to-end O2C workstreams, assess processes, design target operating models, and drive measurable working capital improvements among studios, networks, and streaming platforms.

Requirements include 6+ years in finance transformation and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design or revenue operations; consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across the full taxonomy: lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash, including credit and risk approval, customer master data, billing, dispute resolution, AR and collections, and cash application.
• Assess O2C organizations, processes, and enabling technologies; develop transformation roadmaps and business cases that drive operational efficiency, governance, and working capital improvement.
• Design and implement target operating models for O2C functions with governance and data requirements.
• Own business process design deliverables—L3/L4 flows, design decisions, requirements, KPIs, and data.
• Facilitate workshops with Global Process Owners and stakeholders; drive decisions and dispositions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID log, scope, deliverable quality and engagement economics.
• Translate O2C pain points into quantified value cases—revenue leakage, DSO, billing cycle time, working capital release.
• Coach and develop staff; contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
