Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager with deep Order-to-Cash expertise and Media & Entertainment sector fluency to lead technology-enabled O2C transformations for studios, networks and streaming services.

You will drive end-to-end workstreams, develop transformation roadmaps, and coach teams while collaborating with Global Process Owners and technology stakeholders to improve cash flow and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation or revenue operations.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across the full taxonomy (lead-to-quote to cash).
• Assess O2C organizations, develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design target operating models for O2C with governance and KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops with Global Process Owners and Technology stakeholders.
• Coach staff and contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
