Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the United States with deep Order-to-Cash (O2C) expertise to lead technology-enabled transformations for the Media & Entertainment sector. You’ll design, govern and deliver end-to-end O2C programs across sales to cash for studios, networks, streamers and live venues.

You will mentor staff, drive workshops with global process owners, and shape business cases that improve working capital and customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design, or revenue operations.
Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash.
Assess O2C organizations, processes and enabling technologies; develop roadmaps and business cases.
Design target operating models for O2C functions with governance and performance metrics.
Own L3/L4 process flows, data requirements, KPIs and reporting needs.
Facilitate design workshops with GPOs and technology stakeholders; drive decisions.
Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID log, scope and engagement economics.
Translate O2C pain points into quantified value cases (DSO, leakage, cash).
Coach and develop staff; contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
