Franklin Fitch is partnering with a fast-growing technology company in New York City to hire an IT Support Specialist to support its internal IT infrastructure, endpoint environment and SaaS ecosystem.

This is an opportunity for an early-career IT professional to gain hands-on exposure across endpoint management, identity and access management, networking and cloud-based applications within a fast-paced technical environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2–6 years of professional IT support or systems administration experience.
• Solid understanding of troubleshooting methods, OS, hardware and user environments.
• Interest in developing depth across MDM, IAM, networking and cloud apps.
• Strong problem solving and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS hardware, OS, software and connectivity issues.
• Support endpoint provisioning and device management across Windows and Apple.
• Administer user accounts, permissions and access policies.
• Support IAM across Okta and Google Workspace.
• Work with MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Apple device management.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and office infrastructure (Cisco Meraki).
• Support SaaS application administration, user provisioning and access management.
• Manage device deployment, IT asset inventory and lifecycle processes.
• Diagnose issues methodically and implement sustainable fixes.
