Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience; internship or hands-on work considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line technical support for corporate and retail employees across Mac and PC environments.
• Provide on-site support in NYC office for hardware setups, networking, and device issues.
• Respond to and prioritize IT tickets based on impact and urgency.
• Configure and deploy laptops, monitors, mobile devices, printers and conference room tech.
• Escalate complex issues to external partners while owning resolution.
• Document recurring issues and create standard operating procedures.
