Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an NX Cad Admin / Triage support in the Boston area. You will establish, maintain, and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment, templates, and role-based configurations to empower engineering and manufacturing teams to design and iterate quickly.

You will manage the IT helpdesk queue, provide Tier 1–2 CAD/PLM support, onboard new hires, and develop self-service docs while delivering training and escalation support to engineers and designers.

Qualifications

2–4 years in IT helpdesk/technical support.
CAD platforms NX and SolidWorks experience.
Ability to interpret NX logs.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment across the organization.
Provide specialized technical support for CAD software applications used by design/engineering teams.
Manage IT helpdesk queue (e.g., Jira Service Desk) ensuring proper triage and assignment.
Resolve Tier 1–2 CAD/PLM issues and meet SLAs for response and resolution times.
Onboard new hires by setting up CAD-workstations and accounts; maintain KB articles.
Lead training for engineering/design teams and mentor users; serve as escalation point.
