Job summary

Anduril Industries in Mountain View, CA, is seeking an NX Cad Admin / Triage support to establish, maintain, and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment for our engineering teams. You will ensure reliable, standardized tools and rapid support for designers and engineers to accelerate innovation.

You will manage the IT helpdesk queue, provide Tier 1–2 CAD/PLM issue resolution, onboard new hires, and train users while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, IT, and external providers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in an IT helpdesk/technical support role.
• 1–2 years CAD platform experience (NX, SolidWorks).
• Experience interpreting NX logs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of tickets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment across the organization.
• Provide specialized CAD software support (NX, SolidWorks).
• Manage the IT helpdesk queue and triage tickets.
• Resolve Tier 1–2 CAD/PLM issues.
• Meet SLAs for ticket response and resolution times.
• Onboard new hires and set up CAD-capable workstations.
• Create and maintain self-service IT knowledge base articles.
• Provide technical leadership and training to staff.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, IT, quality and external providers.
• Lead CAD/PLM improvement projects and ensure security/compliance.
