Job summary

Anduril Industries in Mountain View, CA is seeking an NX Cad Admin / Triage support to establish and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment for our engineering and manufacturing teams. You will ensure designers have reliable, secure, and standardized tools to rapidly innovate.

You will lead NX-related configurations, templates, and user permissions, triage CAD/PLM issues, onboard new hires, and mentor users.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Drafting/Design, or equivalent work experience.
2–4 years of experience in an IT helpdesk/technical support role.
1–2 years of experience supporting or using CAD platforms (NX, SolidWorks).
Working knowledge interpreting NX Logs/Sys Logs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment across the organization.
Provide specialized technical support for CAD software applications (NX, SolidWorks).
Manage the IT helpdesk queue (Jira Service Desk) and triage tickets.
Resolve Tier 1 and 2 CAD/PLM support issues and meet SLAs.
Onboard new hires with CAD-capable workstations and access.
Create and maintain self-service docs and knowledge base articles.
Provide technical leadership and training to engineering/design teams.
