Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an NX Cad Admin / Triage support to maintain and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment for engineering and manufacturing teams. You will ensure reliable, performant, and standardized tools to rapidly iterate and deliver defense solutions.

You will develop templates, configurations, and role-based settings, provide Tier 1–2 CAD/PLM support, onboard new hires, and create knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

2–4 years in IT helpdesk/technical support.
1–2 years supporting CAD platforms (NX, SolidWorks).
Able to interpret NX logs/sys logs.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to explain complex issues to engineers and non-technical staff.
Customer-focused with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment and templates.
Provide specialized CAD software support (NX, SolidWorks).
Manage IT helpdesk queue and ticket triage.
Resolve Tier 1–2 CAD/PLM issues and meet SLAs.
Onboard new hires with CAD-ready workstations and access.
Create self-service docs and knowledge base articles.
Lead training and mentor users; escalate NX issues as needed.
Coordinate projects with engineering, IT, and external service providers.
