Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an NX Cad Admin / Triage support to establish and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment for engineering teams. You will ensure reliable, standardized tools and fast turnaround on CAD-related requests to accelerate design iteration.

In this role you will manage the helpdesk queue, onboard new hires with CAD-ready workstations, and mentor users on NX/PLM workflows while upholding security and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT helpdesk/technical support experience.
• 1–2 years of CAD support experience (NX, SolidWorks).
• Experience interpreting NX Logs/Sys Logs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment.
• Provide specialized technical CAD/PLM support to design teams (NX, SolidWorks).
• Manage IT helpdesk queue (e.g., Jira Service Desk) and triage tickets.
