Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an NX Cad Admin / Triage support to establish and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment for engineering and manufacturing teams. You will ensure designers have reliable, standardized tools to rapidly innovate by configuring templates, roles, defaults, and by handling day-to-day IT support.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in IT helpdesk/technical support.
• CAD experience with NX or SolidWorks in a professional setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to triage and resolve CAD/PLM issues.
• Experience interpreting NX logs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment across the organization.
• Provide specialized CAD software support (NX, SolidWorks).
• Manage IT helpdesk queue (Jira Service Desk) and triage tickets.
• Onboard new hires with CAD workstations and access controls.
• Create and maintain self-service IT documentation and knowledge base.
• Provide technical leadership and training to design teams; mentor users.
