Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an NX CAD Admin / Triage support to establish, maintain, and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment for engineering and manufacturing teams. You will ensure reliable, performant, and standardized tools to accelerate innovation and deliver defense solutions at speed.

You will triage CAD/PLM issues, manage the IT helpdesk queue, and strive to meet SLAs for ticket response and resolution times while collaborating with designers and engineers across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining Siemens NX CAD environment.
• Ability to triage and resolve CAD/PLM issues.
• Familiarity with Jira Service Desk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment.
• Provide specialized CAD software support to design/engineering teams.
• Manage IT helpdesk queue and triage tickets.
• Resolve Tier 1 and 2 CAD/PLM issues.
• Meet SLAs for response and resolution times.
