Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an NX Cad Admin / Triage support to establish and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment for its engineering and manufacturing teams. You will support day-to-day activities, ensuring reliable, performant, and standardized tools to rapidly innovate.

You will develop templates, manage CAD/PLM tickets, onboard new hires, create self-service documentation, and mentor users while driving continuous improvement with security and quality standards across the site.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT helpdesk/technical support experience.
• 1–2 years CAD platform experience (NX, SolidWorks).
• Experience interpreting NX logs/Sys Logs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels.
• Problem-Solving: methodical approach to diagnosing conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment.
• Provide specialized technical support for CAD software (NX, SolidWorks).
• Manage the IT helpdesk queue (e.g., Jira Service Desk).
• Resolve Tier 1 and 2 CAD/PLM issues.
• Meet SLAs for ticket response and resolution times.
• Onboard new hires with CAD-capable workstations and access.
• Create and maintain self-service documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Provide leadership and training to engineering/design teams; mentor users.
