PACS Group in Louisville, KY is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for the nursing department to ensure adequate staffing based on budget and census. You will maintain schedules, coordinate interviews, and communicate staffing needs to the DNS and HR.

You will work with departmental staff to resolve scheduling issues, prepare reports, and support a smooth operation while protecting residents' information and following facility policies.

Formación

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must be able to read technical procedures.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
• Mathematical skills: fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in interviewing CNAs when requested and coordinate staffing with DNS/HR.
• Maintain attendance/tardy records and prepare schedules to ensure unit coverage.
• Coordinate postings, interviews, and orientation related to staffing and scheduling.
• Prepare reports and communicate staffing/scheduling issues to the DNS and nursing leadership.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and proper handling of sensitive data.
