Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department in alignment with budget and census, reporting to the Director of Nursing Services (DNS).

The role involves administrative functions, committee and personnel tasks, and providing support to nursing supervision while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must be able to read technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily tardy and absenteeism calendars.
• Complete monthly nursing schedule coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of units.
• Assist in record-keeping and documentation of attendance and tardiness for employee performance appraisals.
