PACS is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure adequate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet residents' needs based on budget, census, and guidance from facility administration.

You will maintain schedules, track attendance, coordinate interviews, ensure time cards, and collaborate with the DNS and HR to optimize coverage and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills and clear communication with staff at all levels.

Qualifikationen

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, families and others.
• Must be able to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Must be able to work harmoniously with other personnel.

Aufgaben

• Maintain current listing of resident care employee phone numbers and posting of department managers’ numbers.
• Coordinate nursing department staffing schedules and time sheets.
• Report attendance and tardiness to DNS and HR as needed.
• Assist with interviewing CNAs and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate interviews and respond to position availability inquiries.
• Ensure time cards and schedules are ready prior to orientation.
• Collaborate with DNS and HR on scheduling modified duties within policy.
• Review and report on staffing issues and related concerns.
