PACS is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure adequate nursing department staffing aligned with budget and census. You will partner with the Director of Nursing Services and HR to schedule and manage daily coverage, attendance, and reporting.

This role emphasizes organization, communication, and adherence to facility policies, with daily coordination of schedules, attendance, and reporting to the DNS; prior healthcare scheduling experience preferred.

Formación

• Must possess a high school education or equivalent.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Experience in staffing and scheduling in healthcare preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate nursing staff scheduling to meet unit coverage needs.
• Maintain and update attendance, tardiness, and shift coverage records.
• Communicate staffing plans with DNS and department managers.
• Assist with interviews and onboarding as needed.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Prepare reports on staffing and labor issues for DNS review.
