Galen College of Nursing in Florida is seeking an Enrollment Counselor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process, provide program information, and welcome them to the college.

You will follow up with inquiries via phone, email, web chat and social media, input data in Recruit and Colleague, offer campus tours, explain transfer credits, prerequisites, enrollment agreements, and financing paperwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Recruit and Colleague preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, web chat and social media.
• Input data and document follow-up using Recruit and Colleague.
• Provide program information and campus tours to prospective students.
• Notify accepted students and guide them through enrollment.
• Explain transfer credits and prerequisites; ensure enrollment requirements are met.
• Explain financing paperwork and enrollment agreements.
