Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in La Grange, Kentucky is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to plan and direct the nursing service department's master schedule. You will align staffing with policy, census needs, and budget while coordinating PTO, holidays, and shift trades.

The role also involves onboarding new staff, maintaining time and attendance, and providing caregiver support in Assisted Living and AL Memory Care as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Create the four-week Master schedule and post per policy.
• Adjust staffing based on budget, census, and leave.
• Manage PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades.
• Generate postings and scheduling documents.
• Manage nursing hours and staff ratio to census.
• Oversee Time and Attendance and attendance incentives.
• Utilize SmartLinx for posting, filling shifts, and messaging.
• Meet new employees to review schedules and onboarding needs.
• Provide direct patient care as needed in Assisted Living and AL Memory Care.
