Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a nursing services scheduling lead to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the department schedule. This role schedules nursing staff in line with applicable regulations and service needs, ensuring efficient operation of the health center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 Years of relevant experience preferred.
• Current valid state CNA, QMA, LPN or RN credential required; non-clinical candidates considered with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates the campus four week Master set schedule and posts according to policy.
• Makes staffing adjustments per budget, census, and leave.
• Manages PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades.
• Generates postings such as BIPA, daily assignment sheets, and monthly schedules.
• Manages nursing hours (PPD) and staff-to-census ratio.
• Handles Time and Attendance, attendance points, buy-backs, and shift incentives.
• Uses Smartlinx to post and fill open shifts and message employees.
• Onboards new employees and reviews schedule and needs.
