Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a scheduling-oriented nursing service coordinator to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and directing the department's schedule.

You will post the four-week master schedule, adjust staffing for census and budget, manage PTO and holiday rotations, and support onboarding while ensuring compliant staffing ratios and patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have a current valid CNA, QMA, LPN or RN credential.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Non-clinical candidates will be considered with adequate experience.

Responsibilities

• Create the campus four-week Master schedule and post per policy.
• Adjust staffing based on budget, census, calls-offs, and planned leave.
• Manage PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades; ensure coverage.
