Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Kentucky is seeking a scheduling-focused nursing administrator to support the Director of Nursing. The role involves planning, directing, and evaluating the nursing service department in line with state rules and facility guidelines.

Key responsibilities include creating master schedules, posting postings, managing hours and attendance, and onboarding new staff using Smartlinx for shifts and PTO management.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates the campus’ four (4) week Master set schedule and posts schedule per policy.
• Generates postings such as BIPA, daily assignment sheets, and monthly schedules.
• Manages nursing hours (PPD) and staff ratio to census.
• Manages Time and Attendance, including Attendance points, buy-backs, shift pickup incentives.
• Uses Smartlinx to post open shifts, fill open shifts, PTO approval/denial and messaging.
• Manages, supports, and coordinates employees' PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades.
• Meets each new employee to review schedule and onboarding needs.
