Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Nursing Scheduler to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing, and directing the schedule for all nursing service department employees. This role ensures staffing aligns with regulations, census, and patient care needs.

You will post schedules, adjust staffing as needed, and support onboarding while maintaining high-quality patient care and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 Years of relevant experience preferred.
• Candidates should have a current valid state CNA, QMA, LPN or RN credential; non-clinical candidates will be considered with appropriate experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates the campus’ four (4) week Master set schedule and posts schedule in accordance with the Campus Hourly Scheduling policy.
• Makes staffing adjustments per budget, census, calls-offs, and planned leave.
• Manages PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades.
