Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree verification required).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated experience in adult or staff development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource, consultant, and mentor to caregivers and preceptors, promoting self-reliance and teamwork.
• Collaborate across the organization to identify learning goals and implement evidence-based practices.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to caregivers and clinical coaches to support professional growth.
• Facilitate interprofessional learning and advancements in nursing and healthcare within the care site.
• Foster inquiry and dissemination of new knowledge to guide clinical nursing practice.
