Qualifications

  • BSN from an accredited institution.
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • BLS certification for healthcare providers.
  • Demonstrated experience in adult or staff development.
  • Demonstrated nursing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Learning Facilitator: guide orientation and ongoing learning using standardized tools.
  • Change Agent: collaborate to identify learning needs and promote evidence-based practices.
  • Mentor: coach preceptors and caregivers for professional growth.
  • Leader: advance interprofessional learning and nursing practice.
  • Champion for Inquiry: promote new knowledge and evidence-based practice.
  • Advocate for NPD Specialty: highlight value and integrate NPD principles.
  • Partner for Practice Transition: support smooth adoption of new practices.
