Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree verification required).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated experience in adult or staff development.
• Demonstrated nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitator: Mentors caregivers and preceptors, guiding orientation and ongoing learning using standardized tools.
• Change Agent: Aligns learning with goals, adoption of evidence-based practices, and supports new caregiver orientation.
• Mentor: Coaches caregivers and clinical coaches for personal and professional growth.
• Leader: Facilitates interprofessional learning and advancement in nursing and healthcare.
• Champion for Inquiry: Fosters new knowledge and evidence-based nursing practice to improve patient care.
• Advocate for NPD Specialty: Promotes NPD value and professional development.
• Partner for Practice Transition: Supports smooth transitions and adoption of new practices.
