Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited institution (degree verification required).
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS Certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated experience in adult or staff development.
• Demonstrated nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitator: guides orientation and ongoing learning using standardized tools.
• Change Agent: collaborates to identify learning needs and promotes evidence-based practices.
• Mentor: provides coaching to preceptors and caregivers for growth.
• Leader: facilitates interprofessional learning and nursing advancements.
• Advocate for NPD: promotes the value of NPD within the organization.
• Partner for Practice Transition: supports smooth transitions and education adoption.
