Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited institution with verification.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Experience in adult or staff development.
• Evidence of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource, consultant, and mentor for caregivers and preceptors.
• Guide new caregiver orientation and ongoing learning using standardized tools.
• Collaborate to meet goals for learning needs and evidence-based practices.
• Foster interprofessional learning and nursing advancements.
• Support practice transitions and adoption of new initiatives.
