Intermountain Health is seeking an onsite Nursing Professional Development Practitioner to support caregiver orientation, ongoing learning, and clinical education initiatives. The role involves guiding education, coaching caregivers, and promoting evidence-based nursing practices across care sites.

The NPD Practitioner will collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate interprofessional learning, and champion the integration of new practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required.
Current RN license in state of practice.
BLS Certification for healthcare providers.
Experience in adult or staff development.

Responsibilities

Facilitates caregiver orientation and ongoing learning using standardized tools.
Promotes evidence-based practices and interprofessional learning.
Provides coaching and mentoring to clinicians and caregivers.
Leads learning initiatives and transitions for new practices and initiatives.
Advocates for the NPD specialty within the organization.
