Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree verification required).
• Current RN license in the state of practice with active status.
• BLS Certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated experience in adult or staff development.
• Demonstrated nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitator: guide caregiver orientation and ongoing education with adult learning principles.
• Change Agent: identify learning needs and promote evidence-based practices.
• Mentor: provide coaching to preceptors and caregivers for growth.
• Leader: advance interprofessional learning and nursing practice improvements.
