Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree verification required).
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers.
Demonstrated experience in adult or staff development.

Responsibilities

Learning Facilitator: Guides orientation and ongoing learning using adult learning principles.
Change Agent: Collaborates to identify learning needs and ensure evidence-based practice adoption.
Mentor: Provides coaching to preceptors and caregivers for professional growth.
