The NPD Practitioner serves as a mentor, change agent, and leader in interprofessional learning, supporting coaches and caregivers
Qualifications
- BSN required and RN licensed; BLS required.
- Experience in adult or staff development and nursing practice.
Responsibilities
- Guide caregiver orientation and ongoing learning using standardized tools.
- Promote self-reliance and teamwork; apply adult learning principles.
- Collaborate across organization to identify learning needs and implement evidence-based practices.
- Mentor preceptors and caregivers to support personal learning and growth.
- Foster interprofessional learning and serve as a resource for clinical nursing practice.
