Job summary

You will assess and address learning needs, develop curricula, and act as a champion for the NPD specialty within the care site. Strong nursing experience required.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited institution.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated experience in adult or staff development.
• Demonstrated nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitator: guide caregiver orientation and ongoing learning using standardized tools.

• Mentor: coach preceptors and caregivers for professional growth and learning.
